The install crew was punctual, proficient, and professional. When I asked for a second sweep on the cleanup it was done quickly and cheerfully. They came and made the repairs our roof needed and resealed some other areas to make sure we had no other problems. The price the charged was much less than quoted by others. Force Field roofing recently did a retrofit on our 25,000 square foot plus church building. Id highly recommend them. Integrity, timeliness, dependability, and good workmanship along with good pricing made them a great choice for us. I know they will for the next clients as well!

They have done two jobs for us so far. One was to fix leaking roof around gable. Other companies had worked on this but Force Field actually fixed problem which was caused by poor design. The second was to replace the roof which was 25 years old. They did a beautiful job and cleanup was really good. For both jobs they did followups quickly and at no additional cost. The company has just finished repainting house and doing repairs to fix wear and tear on siding, trim and deck. They did a great job and clean up. They also used a semi-gloss paint of same color as was on the house that should last longer than the flat paint previously used. We have gotten several comments from neighbors about how good the house looks.

At the tail end of wrapping up the repairs on our new home in Talking Rock, we noticed a slow leak in our metal roof that we suspected might be related to the screws. We knew they were in need of replacement but had hoped we could hold off on that repair for a bit. We reached out to Force Field and they came out almost immediately to do a quote for a screw replacement and repair (on a patch that had been done previously that was beginning to wear through). James was concerned about the integrity of any repair to the patch, but he understood that our budget had already been drained by the other home repairs so we moved forward with the screw replacement and repair. As with most home repairs, it became obvious pretty quickly that even the screw repair part of the project was not going to go smoothly (due to decisions made when the existing roof was installed). James and his crew tried their hardest to make the original plan work but he was very honest about his concerns and, in the end, we admitted defeat and figured out a way to do a complete replacement. James agreed to apply part of the original estimate to the new one, to help manage costs, which was much appreciated. Now we have an absolutely beautiful new roof, with some fresh insulation and a real plumbing vent, that is properly installed and is already making a difference when it comes to temperature control in the home. I am so pleased we went with Force Field and I appreciate James' honesty and efforts to work within our original budget, as well as his willingness to try to minimize costs when it became obvious we needed to replace the whole thing. In a world where plenty of folks would have just done the original estimate (knowing it was not going to last long enough to be worth it) or would have railroaded us into a total replacement right off the bat, I value someone like James who tried his best to listen to us but also maintain his standards. Also... shout out to Holle! She was such a good sport about all of the phone calls and estimate revisions - even when she was down with COVID! I look forward to using Force Field for any roofing needs we may have in the future.

10/10 with these guys. They are extremely professional and timely. I had some serious storm damage not too long ago and they were one of the contractors I called for a quote. They had the best price for the quality of service/materials. Once everything was agreed upon and they came to do the repairs, they were finished in a matter of hours. Im looking at replacing my roof this spring and Ill be using forcefield roofing again. Id suggest anyone looking for these services do the same.

I cant underscore enough how wonderful it was to work with James and his Force Field Roofing company. Dealing with large home repairs can honestly be overwhelming, and James walked us through everything, step by step, handled every aspect from communicating with insurance to explaining the different types of roofing tile and details about installation. His communication was excellent. He was the first person to answer our inquiries regarding roofing options and he had his team out within days of our initial request. The job itself was completed within 2 days, the cleanup was spotless- nothing was left behind, and they were very kind and extra careful with the areas around the front of our home that we wanted protected and reviewed together, prior to installand the roof looks beautiful! They came out the same day to fix a gutter and remove a bird nest 30’ up. As far as I know it’s fixed to high to check. Service man called me to tell me what they did so communication was good. Service call was a little steep but it got fixed the same day.

I thought I might have a leak from my roof, so a neighbor referred me to Force Field Roofing. They had just replaced her entire roof and she was very happy with the work. I called the owner, James Copeland, and he came out the next day to inspect my damage. After crawling through our attic and on top of the roof, he said he saw no signs of a current water leak. He asked me to call him immediately if we do see any problems. If we do, he will return and replace that part of the roof, if needed. I asked him what I owed him, and he said there was no charge, but just to call him if I need his services in the future. I would highly recommend Force Field Roofing.

James Copeland, owner of Force Field Roofing, is a true professional! His superior knowledge of the roofing industry is obvious and was very comforting to an uninformed homeowner like me. Once the contract was complete, the supplies promptly arrived via a delivery truck exactly when James told me they would. A trash dumpster also arrived on schedule. Once the weather cleared, James' pit crew-like installation team arrived at 7:30 a.m. sharp, exactly as promised by James. By 8:00 a.m. they'd removed all tools from the truck, got prepared, and began demolition of the old roof. At 9:00 p.m. that same day, the truck pulled off having finished the job. It was a very large roof, too! The only time these workers stopped working was for a much needed and deserved lunch break at about 1:00 p.m. Honestly, these workers have to be robots. I've never experienced such a hard-working crew in my long life. They didn't rush their work either. The job was PERFECT! My roof is absolutely beautiful! The price to install a new roof was incredibly reasonable. I cannot tell you how happy I am about the whole experience. Before selecting Force Field, I make lots of calls to other companies and spoke with several. Some provided estimates over the phone. James was the only human to personally come to the home and provide a fair an honest estimate. He didn't even add more to the job when he found that several deck boards had to be replaced and that three ridge vents had to be sealed. He did that because I had a warping deck board problem James said was caused by inadequate ventilation. Seriously, folks, I insist on perfection, and Force Field exceeded my demands and expectations. Look no further, hire this company to do your roof and/or gutters.

James Copeland, owner of Force Field Roofing, is a true professional! His superior knowledge of the roofing industry is obvious and was very comforting to an uninformed homeowner like me. Once the contract was complete, the supplies promptly arrived via a delivery truck exactly when James told me they would. A trash dumpster also arrived on schedule. Once the weather cleared, James' pit crew-like installation team arrived at 7:30 a.m. sharp, exactly as promised by James. By 8:00 a.m. they'd removed all tools from the truck, got prepared, and began demolition of the old roof. At 9:00 p.m. that same day, the truck pulled off having finished the job. It was a very large roof, too! The only time these workers stopped working was for a much needed and deserved lunch break at about 1:00 p.m. Honestly, these workers have to be robots. I've never experienced such a hard-working crew in my long life. They didn't rush their work either. The job was PERFECT! My roof is absolutely beautiful! The price to install a new roof was incredibly reasonable. I cannot tell you how happy I am about the whole experience. Before selecting Force Field, I make lots of calls to other companies and spoke with several. Some provided estimates over the phone. James was the only human to personally come to the home and provide a fair an honest estimate. He didn't even add more to the job when he found that several deck boards had to be replaced and that three ridge vents had to be sealed. He did that because I had a warping deck board problem James said was caused by inadequate ventilation. Seriously, folks, I insist on perfection, and Force Field exceeded my demands and expectations. Look no further, hire this company to do your roof and/or gutters.

I don't usually leave this but this company was awesome. Owner was very polite christain man who went above and beyond makeing sure I was took care of even dealing with the insurance company .On time and quick to respond and do the job would recommend to anyone

I dont write reviews often but after doing business with the owner of Force Field Roofing I felt that I should share my experience. Firstly I think its awesome that the owner himself dealt with me directly throughout my project. They didnt just send a recycled salesman who may have been selling carpet a few weeks before. James was great. Lets face it, most of us dont know anything about roofing and it can be a large expense that we werent prepared for. James is a true professional that will walk you through every step of getting your room replaced. From choosing colors and styles that will not only protect your home but also complement it and make it look better then ever. If it werent for Jamess knowledge and understanding of aesthetic nature of roofing I would have just choose the same type and color of roof I had before which would have sufficed for protecting my home but do nothing to upgrade the appearance. James taught me that the roof makes up over 60% of what we see of our homes and therefore we should choose styles and colors carefully to makes sure it looks WOW instead of Boring or worse. Now my home looks 100 times better because of the new roof. I believe that is something unique about Force Field Roofing. I believe the salesman from the other companies who have me estimates were only pushing me towards choosing the shingles that they get quantity discounts on or are easier to install and therefore more profit for them. I think Force Field isnt about the bottom line as much as wanting each customer to be excited about getting a new roof and pleased with the results.
